Shipping and Delivery

Where are you located

We are located north of Cincinnati, Ohio but we do not currently have an in-person storefront. However, we regularly do craft shows and list our upcoming appearances on our home page.

What are your shipping and delivery times

How much is shipping

Shipping is free for orders over $50. For orders under $50, shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items that you purchase.

Do you offer international shipping

Not at this time. If you are outside of the United States and are interested in purchasing a piece, please contact us. We might be willing to make an exception. :)

How can I track my order

When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

What if my package is lost or damaged during shipping

Please contact us! We will replace anything that is damaged, and if it's lost we'll help track it down!

Returns and Exchanges

What are your return and exchange policicies

You have 30 days to return an item you have purchased as long as it is still in good condition.

If an item is damaged within six months of purchase, we will be happy to repair it for you.

How do I initiate a return or exchange

Are there any items that cannot be returned

No. Not as long as they are in like-new condition.

Do I have to pay for return shipping

No. We will arrange return shipping if you contact us!

Product Information

Can I customize jewelry items

Absolutely! We want you to have something that you will treasure! Please contact us with what you want and we'll do everything we can to accommodate your request.

Are your products made with genuine materials

All of the stones we use in our jewelry are genuine, natural stones unless otherwise indicated in the listing. For example, our Galaxy Tiger's Eye is dyed and Opalite is a trade name for synthetic opalescent glass and various opal and moonstone simulants.

All of our jewelry is made with Sterling silver whenever possible. Some of our wire and findings are silver plated. If you have questions about a particular piece, please feel free to contact us!

Do you offer any warranties or guarantees on your products

If a piece is broken within the first 6 months after purchase, please contact us and we will be happy to repair it.

How do I care for and clean my jewelry

You will receive a care and cleaning card with your purchase that will explain the best ways to clean and care for your jewelry. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

Sizing and Fit

How do I determine my ring size

Most jewelers will be happy to tell you your ring size.

Can I order jewelry in different lengths or sizes

All of our rings have a sizing selector on the product detail page. All of our bracelets are between 6.5 and 7.5 inches. Necklace lengths are listed on each item's product detail page. If you need a particular size outside of the listed range, or prefer to specify a size/length, please note it in the comments as you check out.

What if the item I receive does not fit properly

Please contact us and we will exchange it for you.

What payment services do you accept

Our payment processor accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo and several others. See the icons at the bottom of this page.

Is your website secure for online transactions

Yes. We use the Shopify platform for our website and payment processor.

Do you store customers payment information

Only the last 4 digits of your Credit Card number.
